Fox & Lillie RuralOur Property Services Include:

Value Estimates

It is essential that any valuation is based upon all available comparable sales evidence.

Fox & Lillie have access to the most up-to-date and relevant property sales data through their professional associations, offering a comprehensive, formal, and current profile of properties recently sold in any area of Australia.

Method of sale options

Selecting the most appropriate sale method requires a thorough discussion, considering market demand – both local and distant, media selection (digital and print), optimal timing, financial considerations, and privacy. Importantly, as a vendor, you must feel comfortable with the sales process, whether it involves a public auction, expression of interest, private sale, or ‘off-market’ direct targeting. A sale campaign can be tailored to satisfy your needs and provide the best outcome.

Leasing consultancy

In a market where it is more common to lease before purchase, correct market rate data is key to the success of this strategy. We can provide current lease rates for all categories of rural land in

Australia, to assist you with the modelling of the financial considerations of this expansionary strategy.

Acquisitions

The opportunity to expand any enterprise is exciting. Acquiring additional land requires a focus on future productive capacity, historical data, financial considerations, capital expenditure, and family dynamics.

Fox & Lillie understand their clients very well. Through these valued relationships, they ensure that every aspect of your strategy is thoroughly evaluated during your enterprise’s expansion, with experts offering confidential advice where it is deemed appropriate.

Due diligence assessments

Stocking rates, grain volumes, input measurement, production history, rainfall reliability, soil history, and financial performance comparisons are all vital components of any enterprise. Through their professional associations, Fox & Lillie can assist with this demanding but essential process, ensuring it meets the requirements of both financiers and banks.

Pre-sale advice

Property presentation, timing, market demand, incentives, and property supply are key factors in every proposed sale consideration. We can offer experienced advice to all our valued clients on all pre-sale matters, providing current and quality sales data and analysis, that is relevant and qualified on a confidential basis to facilitate informed decisions for optimal outcomes.

With 75 years in the rural sector, the addition of our real estate capabilities is available to all our highly valued existing clients and new clients alike.
