Coronavirus (Covid-19) update for Fox & Lillie Rural Clients

Dear Clients,

We have been working through the advice and guidelines from the Federal and State Governments on managing the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

All Fox & Lillie Rural stores are open for business, and we will endeavour to remain that way until further Government advice or industry issues which may impact our continued operation.

We would like to minimise this risk as much as possible, by following Department of Health Guidelines whilst also maintaining normality and ensuring that this busy period on the farm is able to progress with minimal interruption.

We have put in place additional measures that will allow us to continue our service for all farmers and continue to carry out business in a safe manner by reducing risk as much as we can for the protection of all.

But it is up to all members of the community to make sure they are following the government’s guidelines, so we would ask you to note that we will be implementing the following disciplines at our stores below.

  • Follow social distancing guidelines keeping 1.5 meter distance from others
  • We would ask that you do not visit any of our stores or premises if you have any flu or cold like symptoms.
  • Please do not enter any of our wool stores without approval of the store buyer/manager. We are aiming to use the store entrances as a delineation point to assist in positive separation of our staff and clientele.
  • We will be minimising shearing and property visits where possible and be practicing social distancing if we are on property.

We would like to thank you for your assistance and cooperation during this difficult time. We have put these measures in place to support all of the community in overcoming the Coronavirus as soon as possible.

We hope everyone remains safe and healthy and we look forward to resuming normal interactions when it’s deemed safe by the Australian Health Authorities.

Our staff are only a phone call away if you need advice on marketing or advice with any wool or sheep related matter.

Kind Regards,

Jonathan Lillie

Managing Director
